I instructed them to transfer my money. It never happened and they do not answer any support tickets. It is clearly a dodgy outfit without known address, phone number or any other way of pinning them down. I recommend to all who have lost money to report it to the cyber crime area of their police and ask the domain registrar and webhost to shut them down.

1 star b/c its the lowest i can give. I traded there for months without issue, thinking it was the greatest crypto exchange on the web... Then one day I can't access my account. I ping support and after about 5 days am told I posted a 'phishing' link to chatbox. I have a virus scanner on my computer that picks that stuff up so I'd be surprised if I posted a link that had any phishing code in it. Any way, I've apologized profusely, asked when I can be turned on, promised to never post in the chatbox again, etc, etc, etc but I've had 3 almost identical responses stating i've posted a phishing link to chatbox. That's it... So despite daily attempts to get some feedback through email, btc-e PM, their 'support' site over the course of 10 wks it looks like they've just confiscated my funds. ~$7400 stolen
I head stories before about people getting ripped off by them and i thought it was just people talking shit... I found out the hard way -- BE VERY WEARY

I've been trading with BTC-E for over a month now and have had no problems. I transferred a part of my bit coins to them from my coin base account, tried not to send everything because I was not quite sure about the service at first. They offer Crypto currencies at a lower rate witch is very good when getting ready to transfer out your funds to another website that offers them at a higher price, and then you can sell them. What I dont like is the USD deposit side of things. You can only deposit money into your account through these sketchy pay websites, like OKCoin, and interkassa. LOL. Those website are all scammer's and I warn everyone from using them!! just Buy bit coins on another website and then transfer them over to BTC-E. After they are transferred over, the you can buy other crypto currencies.
