starstarstarstarstar This site is a big scam, lost 4 btc as i tried to deposit them i have been in contact with the support for 2 years now and i have screenshots and the whole log of the transaktion still they wont endorse me for anything. After this i tried to get my earnings out from my metatrader acc on their site i had about 400$ in it did a withdrawl the process seemed to work fine i had no trades active since months earlier, the transaktion would take 24 hours according to their info. So three days later i logged in and found that my money was gone in the MT acc and no funds where deposited in my main acc. So i contacted support "again" still pissed of about the btc that was an ongoing process at the time but i still managed to act friendly. They claim i didnt have any money in my MT acc, even when i got several screenshoots and loggs from MT saying the opposite. PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE i have wasted so much anger, time and energy on this.

starstarstarstarstar i would give -10000 stars. insider hack my account, i have 50 BTCCCC inside account, that''s hell lot of fking money. Then i email to the support, guess what happen, no reply and walk away with you hard earned money. That's how this company run, easy money for btc-e, just waiting and waiting the right moment to steal all of it.

starstarstarstarstar poor service cant ever make money. if you are on top they shut down the site so you cant cash out. everything about is has a scummy feeling to it.

there are better sites to trade with

btc-e gives bitcoin trading a bad name. when you see positive comments they are made by the site operators.

- March 3, 2016
starstarstarstarstar i have started using the site while back, lately i got enough money to use the chat.
in the last few days there were terrible comments in the chat box speaking against Jewish people against blacks and general hateful harassment. so i thought its pretty cool to comment and post what ever as they dont stop their users from being really hatful and my comments weren't as bad i got blocked from the chat again on a new account and decided to take my coins out because they cant be trusted. the only time i was about to make a profit the site was blocked due to "ddos" attack which i assume to be a lie because they just couldn't pay the users the money they would ow, my coins were locked until the uptrend went fully down and the site went back on. from speaking to their Russian users i understood that being Russian or their friend gains you more money. they do not block any offensive racial comments made by their personal friends but will lock your account for posting song lyrics. i wouldn't trust this people with a dollar of mine. for over i year i lost more on fees then made money while their friends got rich off of it. dont fall for it when people tell you they make money on the site because they are well paid to say so. if you want to trade go to professional sites that provide real support. i promise that every 5 star comment they got is posted by them.

starstarstarstarstar Constantly lengthening unblock choice without putting a claim in terms of services. The constant excuses, conditioning conditions not mentioned in the conditions of service of lies and eventually blocked account. By theft and theft of my funds. I give to the police and to the court. All the cottages and all data from the account I panned including sending coins from my wallet. Likewise, the conditions of service which were at the time of opening the account. I do not want to return the coin and the account is blocked from them.

starstarstarstarstar BTC-e SCAM!
- November 22, 2015
starstarstarstarstar I lost 10,000 but i'm not going to lie down and listen to everyone say you have no chance to do something about it. Even the biggest companies have been brought down... BTC-e is not in this league to not come down. What is will take is determination to make something happen which i have already started with my legal firm. Here is what my legal firm have said:

"If the accounts that you deposited your funds have been hacked they can still be liable for negligence. They ought to have taken all necessary steps to safeguard your funds and/or insure your funds. In addition from the moment that we do not have any sufficient evidence yet that the accounts have been hacked we can also consider this as illegal withholding of your funds and/or fraud."

I am looking for more people who have been robbed and don't want to lie down and accept what has happened. Please stand with me to fight for justice against this. I will take more than just myself to make this happen so if you have been robbed stand with me and we will fight this as one. Lets hold BTC-e accountable and take some responsibility 'even' if we did not have 2FA.

So far we have the legal registered name of BTC-e which they operate under and the country it is registered in and it's not Russia, Bulgaria, Cypress, America etc... All information will be given to the people who stand up and show their support to this crime.

If you want to show support for this please email me and say i would like to show support. Email here: [email protected]

Hoping to hear from you.

Let's stand together.

starstarstarstarstar I was scammed by btc-e.com
They made up a reason to ban me and refuse withdrawals.
They put a ban on withdrawals without time of ban, so that means forever.
They banned withdrawal forever and that is equal to stealing.
I reported them to authorities.
btc-e.com stole a lot of money and coins this way.

starstarstarstarstar Trading 2btc on exchange for a year. Had small issues with support, but overall it was great experience. I wish people with scam accusations, published at least screenshots/tx ids.
- May 8, 2015
starstarstarstarstar Scam. Says "instant deposit/withdrawal all coin" only to withhold new users' crypto funds for days and finds ever new reasons to deny transaction.
Will report them to authorities in various countries if I don't have access to my funds within a few hours.
What a bunch of pathetic assholes!

starstarstarstarstar Just lost all my coins in BTC-e. I sent an email to support and they said that I never had any transactions (i.e. deposits or withdrawals). I had transferred BTC into the account to purchase other coins like LTC. When I logged in today and looked into my funds, there was nothing there. Seems suspicious that they didn't even have the record of my deposit. I believe this is an inside job. My recommendation to traders is not to use BTC-e. It is not safe.

starstarstarstarstar Being using BTC-e since june 2013, no problem so far, only 1 thing to keep in mind,
" Dont storage Coins in Exhange", after a trade is complete and profit is made take out Coins.
