Very poor customer service. Takes WEEKS to respond. Unacceptable. If you have any kind of issue that needs to be addressed with them you're doomed.

All correct, never a problem.Not five stars for two main reasons:
- Not activity seen to increase the numbers of coins to trade.
- The mobile app leaves much to be desire.
Other than that for me a great exchange.

Scam - Steal - August 23, 2018
They refuse to sell your currency to USD. They refused to reimburse to a USA bank. They want a signed letter from your USA bank saying that they can sell crypto and convert to USD to deposit in your bank. GOOD LUCK with that hassle.

Good platform for trading. SEPA transfers are always fast and trading is cheap. They get 4 stars from me, because they need to improve their mobile app.

Hands down to their support! On their Twitter support channel I was asking about the status of my deposit, they replied right away and money was credited to my account the very next day.

They are my nr. 1 exchange since they added XRP. Trades are fast, the site is user-friendly and support is good.

So far everything went smoothly when trading at Bitstamp. Their interface is easy to navigate, even for a newbie like me. Didn't need any help yet, so I have no comment about their support, but considering they offer call and mail service, I feel confident that their support is just as good as the rest of the platform. :)

I have no bad words for Bitstamp. The only downfall was the verification time, but I hear it's much faster these days.
