Im member since 2016 Bitsler was great place ,but nowadays is so bad. Honestly i think this provably fair think just a makeup. impossible to win .i understand i cant win every time but why losing every time. I remember times when i can play on 2.4X payout days.. Now allways red streak after couple of minutes.. 20 or more reds everytime. Lower payouts even worst cant roll 5 green on 1.1X payout but on 10X payout 80 or more reds. It is so obvious they use some algo or robots.. But the live chat is the worst.. full of retarded people crying about rains worth of cents. higher level players insulting other players chatting with multiple accounts and moderators dont care.. eng chat is so toxic full of swearing and insults.. i dont chat no more cause of this.. and after 3 years i leave this place

at one point this site was amazing. now it is complete trash. if you do anything to draw attention to your self the y flag your account and anytime you log on they watch you. now when i set up an auto roll bet. as soon as it hit a point. the auto rolling freezes so the developers can input the new script. where even if i try to stop early they still hit me up for another three losses. im so happy i dont play on that scam site any more. currently there are a growing number of us that feel this we and are teaming up to shut down the site.

First, I would like to start with a truth. Truth is Bitsler, 'the best online casino'.Though I have landed here through google search while I am searching for reviews of other sites, I am very fortunate to write my review on Bitsler.
Bitsler is 3 years old and my journey with Bitsler is for last 2 years. You can find everything so good in there. The Best user Interface, The best Support. Admins are so friendly through support mails. On the other hand chat is one best thing Bitsler has. I am always a watcher of chat. Because I am there to play. But chat always tempts me so much to get in there. So friendly MODs, Clean chat(all other online casino chat are full of foul words) and best chat community.
Never had any issues with my deposits and withdrawals. Any delay from them is very understandable and they often rewarded me with more if there are delays are some troubles suffered their customers. This is how a business should run. Long live Bitsler.

What bad can be said about Bitsler? I've been coming around the website for over 2 years now and always have had my deposits and withdrawals successfully completed. The few times where I've needed support the experience has also been phenomenal. The support team was prompt, professional and responded within 48-72 business hours (seems to be faster Monday-Friday, but their support is 24/7/365). They even helped with troubleshooting an issue (browser cache caused problems). Definitely love the fact that they're always adding new crypto and have a large and vibrant community, excellent development team and administrators.I can't say anything but they're an A+ team in a world where service under D- seems to be the normal. I commend Bitsler for that alone!
