I've used bitquick for almost two years. I used to be proud to patronize them. Orders were handled quickly, most within 30-40 minutes. But my last four transactions (one a month since December) have been disappointing. After 3-4 hours without hearing anything I've had to email them asking what's up. Within minutes of emailing them I get the notice that they were just sent. It gives me the distinct feeling, right or wrong, that they forgot about my orders till I jogged their memory. Very uncomfortable feeling. Not sure I enjoy dealing this way, having to remind them each time. I will be actively considering my other options. I like this place but business is business. Last month I lost out on a business opportunity because of the delay. And I lost my down payment. Luckily I was able to get my bitcoins back, except for the dp. Something's going on there and it may be best to take a sabbatical for a while till they get their act together.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BITQUICK EVERY TIME I USE THEM. I END UP HAVING TO BEG FOR MY OWN MONEY. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SERVICE TO MY WORST ENEMY BECAUSE YOU BEST BELIEVE THEY WILL FUCK YOUR SHIT UP.

been waiting over 6 hours now and they have not realease the coin yet. Called and talked to customer service rep from Athena bitcoin and she could not get a hold of person in charge of bitquick side. Talked to someone from Athena investment side who happened to be complete jerk who wants no business with bitquick even know they are sister companies. Avoid doing business with this place. horrible support.

I opened a trade yesterday, made payment after 1hour and some minutes then uploaded my reciept but till now I have not recieved my coins. I don’t know why it’s taking this long. I got a response asking for my ID, I uploaded my ID and till now no responses which I have sent about 5 different mails to support but nothing till now.

We wanted to respond to "Joe Blow's" review. Western Union and MoneyGram orders can take up to 24 business hours to process, this is outlined by BitQuick during the buying process. They are different than bank orders, which typically take up to 3 hours.

I submitted my proof of payment for at what this point is over 12 hours and have not received my bitcoin. I have sent several emails and have yet to receive a response. The bitcoin seller has successfully picked up his western union payment but I still don't have my bitcoin this is quite unfair. I hope i get a response so I can get my bitcoin.

Both Jonni and JlJ are incorrect, our service is not a scam and has been running a legitimate operation for over 6 years. Orders can sometimes incur delays than span more than 3 hours, especially when instructions aren't properly followed (one of these incidents involved a situation where the receipt had no writing).

I deposited $3000 in the account they specified. It’s been 26+ hrs and I’ve received nothing from them. No btc! I got 1 email telling me to write “no refunds” on the receipt and re-upload. Not a word since. I’m beside myself. They’ve stolen from me period!!!

I used to have very rapid turnaround times with BitQuick. Today's was the longest I've ever had. I don't know what has happened, but something is not right. I hope someone fixes the problems, or you will have lost a very long time and reliable customer.

I want my refund for over two weeks... bitquick co appointed a representative for the refund and till now I haven’t seen my refund of two thousand three hundred thirty six dollars and .. I keep getting in touch with them via emails every day, no calls or positive response ... I’ll take it up legally tomorrow morning if I don’t get the refund today ...
