For all those customers who encountered any problems when using BitcoinMix.org. Before creating a support ticket or trying to place any type of review, please check:

1) Make sure that you set the right receiving address that belongs to you and your own wallet. Check it before you start the order. Always remember: all crypto transactions are irreversible. That type of mistake will cause the loss of your funds.

2) Is your incoming transaction to the service already confirmed by the Bitcoin/Ethereum/Litecoin network? We cannot make your transaction confirmed, it all depends on miner fees you set when was generating your transaction.

3) How many confirmations it has? Number of network confirmations to process th order: Bitcoin(3), Ethereum(30), Litecoin(4).

4) Once order is complete check your incoming address on the reliable blockchain explorer like blockchair.com.

5) Always take an eye on time delay that you set for your order.

6) Do not reuse the same deposit address for new orders, it doesn't work that way. One order = One deposit address. Create a new order for new mixing. (cheers to Petrica Capota)

7) Some users (like Jonathan Gamarro) are waiting for one incoming transaction with the full amount. But sometimes funds could arrive as multiple transactions which equals the full amount. It will increase your anonymity. Do the math please before taking any action.

8) Minimum amount to mix: Bitcoin - 0.02 BTC; Ether - 0.5 ETH; Litecoin - 1 LTC. If you missed it and sent less than minimum please drop a support ticket with your order details and it will be processed as usual one.
