If I could give them a negative star rating I would this is bulshit they charge 20% fee for using a Bitcoin ATM that's absolutely robbery I would have never have put in 15000 if I knew I was only getting get 12,000 back going to tell the world not to use the stupid machines

Something is wrong with them been waiting for 3 days for a normal buy. Nothing. Support gives a few different generic responses saying there is a delay with the worldwide network as if that is a thing ?
No transparency into what is going on obviously something is wrong.
And yeah like throwing away 20% of what you put in but I expected that.

this shit is actually a scam . bought .44 eth which shoulda been .55 eth but the markup was crazy . bought it on march 14 and 3 days later still nothing . called support and he said hed talk to his manager ? that their supplier of eth was fucked up or something ? tf does that even mean . nothing showing on ether scan . even in the support email it says “Please contact the creator of bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto for any complaints you may have.“ what dumbass wrote tht shit , feels like they jus spitting in my face at this point . been days n now i jus feel like i lost $1000 cash . pretty upsetting will prolly never use this shit atm again lol . my eth address if anyne can spare some fuckin change mann :

Do not use this company! Yes, 20% fee right off the top. Transaction fees for eth are usually around that. I purchased eth at 11:28 am on march 16th. 13 hours later still nothing. According to etherscan a transaction was never started! Customer support is closed now, so I will have to continue trying to get my eth tomorrow. I've lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars today due to this scam company.

DO NOT USE THEIR ATMs WARNING- Bitcoin Depot network or exchange has been down for 48+ hours.
1) it’s been 2 days and I still have not received my coins. Cannot get a really answer or when I will receive after contacting support 3x
2) their markup is crazy. ETH market price was 1780-1850, my price on the receipt shows 2280...and still waiting. Support never answers any questions directly - just that there was a $3 service fee.
The first time I bought from them, they charged 9~10% (from $100). There is absolutely no value, advantage or reason to buy from them - go to any bitcoincash machine instead. They provided NO disclosures or explained their fees - and they have not completed a market transaction in over 48 hours.

DO NOT BUY BITCOIN FROM THESE ATMS. You will spend your money and receive 80% or less of what you spent. These people charge 20% or more in fees to get bitcoin which you can do for WAY less in so many more reputable places.
