This ATM network is a SCAM. The fee's are obscured, unclear and EXPENSIVE. I started a transaction but fortunately trusted my instincts not to continue. Since I had entered some contact info, I was contacted by a overseas telephone support rep who "noticed that I seem to have had problems completing my transaction" I informed her that the fees were unclear. Upon informing me that they are 20% plus multiple transaction fees, I replied that nobody in their right mind would pay those fees.
Upon further investigation of this company, I located multiple complaints of people who put their cash into the machine and did not receive their crypto. Those who had problems and eventually did receive their coin only did so after multiple calls/emails and multiple excuses.
My assessment of this company is SCAM. This is a sucker bet and gives crypto a bad name.

Somewhere in this world there's $2,700 someone's holding and the amount of $1,300 and another amount of $1,400 I live in one state and two other people in another state since the money for me and no one knows where it's at and can find it never use this again I don't care if I lose everything in this world I'll never use you guys again

I found Bitcoin Depot online a few months back and its been great! its extremely easy to use and the transactions are fast. its the only website i like to buy my crypto from. its convenient and has saved me a lot of time and trouble.

The bitcoin ATM's in my location are constantly experiencing issues and needing to be serviced. The "surcharge" of 20% for a single transaction is ridiculously steep. I understand the convenience of being able to quickly run up to one throw in some money and have some BTC/LTC/ETH in just a few minutes. But, the cost of that convenience isn't 20%. If you bought ETH and it isn't showing up where it should (an exchange/a casino/some place where you don't directly hold the Private Key of the wallet) then you need to take the address that you are depositing to and go to the blockchain explorer, look for it, and see if their are any transactions. If their isn't you NEED TO CONTACT SUPPORT FOR BITCOIN DEPOT. THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR FUNDS BECAUSE THEY THINK IT'S SUSPICIOUS FOR SOME REASON. If there is a transaction then you need to contact the support of where ever the deposit is going and ask them if they support "contract deposits."
Lastly, since I'm getting tired of writing this out; the survey reward ($10 BTC) has not been sent to me after contacting support several times. They even had the gull to tell me that the reward is being sent 4 times now and every time I ask for the transaction Id or any kind of blockchain confirmation the conversation ends.
So, yeah, if you have the money to throw away and quickly need to buy some crypto and can't use coinbase, or any other better manner of buying crypto; then sure, use this atm. But, if you respect yourself and your family, you won't use this service. And, hopefully they will go out of business.

Crazy fees. Put in $200. Got $160 back. Worst cash ATM fee I ever saw was $15.00. Not even have what this garbage business swindles.
