I live in rural Texas and they have 3 locations within 5 miles. They are super easy to use and my bitcoin settled to my 3rd party wallet almost instantly.

Have used other machines in the past but Bitcoin Depot's are the most prevalent and reliable. Not sure why the last couple of reviews are so negative when my experience was seamless and quick. Literally walked into my local gas station, used my own wallet, deposited cash and got my Bitcoin in minutes.

OMG!!! I got promised the same $10 BS. My transaction was taking hours, and still not showing up on the Blockchain. So I called and was given this $10 bonus. I was told that they will all be in my wallet in the AM. Sure enough, I woke up and my Bitcoin was in my wallet, but there wasn't the additional $10. I was given $10 worth of BTC as compensation for my inconvenience (I purchased at 9:30PM and was told that I wouldn't get funded until the next morning)I just contacted them and now i've been told that the $10 will take up to 10 business days to arrive. This $10 has wasted so much of my time.

Okay I’m here to set the record straight. I deposited $500 cash into the bitcoin atm 40 hours ago.
I have called their customer support line over 25 times as they can’t give me a clear answer where my money went.
They jerk me around over the last two days. Said they would send me a $10 bitcoin promo code for the inconvenience. Still no answer or any site or where my money is.
Absolute scam.
I called oakland police and filed several complaints. I even put signs up SAying “out of service do not use”
I am going to drill out the atm at 8 am and get my money back that they stole from me, and than seal it back up.

New user to Bitcoin depot, I was sent a promo email that states free $20 in Bitcoin if you buy $100 or more through Bitcoin Depot ATM at which I bought about $125 I followed the redemption link included in the email entered all info including both promo codes they included with the email tried twice, once with each code only to be told codes are invalid ( imagine that) I texted them to try to rectify the situation in which they sent me a link to watch a video of how to redeem codes and a note that said if it still didn’t work to send them wallet # and promo code(s) which I did and as shocking as it may seem not a word back from them nor a $20 deposit to my wallet as the email stated I guess it was a BS email to get me to purchase through them and get extra money with their high rate and extra fee because I wasn’t spending thousands!! I suppose I’ll call it a lesson learned and will never do business with them again I’d Definitely Advise against using them as others have said there’s many reputable companies out there with better rates/fees that actually back up what they tell you

The machine misleads you on the fees. If you buy $400 worth of Bitcoin from their ATM expect to at least $80 in fees!!If they gave you a promo code, they won't honor it.
There are dozens of these machines that are happy to take your money.
You are better off buying online.
Bitcoin Depot is where you go to throw your money away.

I placed $250 dollars into the ATM only too be sent 0.0 ether. The only response from the support line was that my transaction went through. They even sent me a link to my crypto wallet on etherscan where absolutely no funds were sent. They literally sent proof that they did not send the etheruem and wished me a good day. It was my second time trying . Never again.

Do not use Bitcoin Depot as a ATM service they charge 25% above market rates, while other ATM services charge anywhere from five to seven percent. Their rates are simply uncompetitive and a get rich quick scheme. You are better off you literally using any other company/atm. Please be aware
