My boyfriend set up a wallet for me and they denied my transaction on 9-18-2023. They said they would issue a refund in 7 days to 4 weeks. After calling and texting several times a week, I get the same answer, "it is in process". It is now 11-24-23 and I have not received my refund. I have lost $2900!!!!! These people are crooks!

Scam Alert DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEGoing on 24hrs and still no transaction to my wallet. I called so many times that they blocked my number from contacting the service they just keep using the excuse of “network congestion” plus they charge you 28% to process. Did digging and found out the owner Brandon T. Mintz lives in Atlanta and Miami fl. If you have been wronged by this guys company let’s give ‘em hell I have all contact information of all of the top executives and their closet family @ Snapz_brand on IG

Have used them for over a year. They are high in fees but I accepted it when they use to take 20-30 minutes to complete a transaction. But My last 4 transactions over a period of 3 months have consistently taken 3-4 hours. They always blame it on the network - same old excuse. but this is no longer believable over a month period of consistent 3-4 hours in delivering funds. As Im sure many of you know, This can have a negative overall effect for investing due to market volatility. So Ive concluded that they simply are paying a low network fee. I use someone else now that has slightly less fees and takes about 45 mins

Said spent $220 at Bitcoin depo, got $167 in my wallet try to send it to another wallet, now it's been pending for 10 whole day disasterWhole experience.. so both platforms toss me back in forth with excuses..
