They could not open account for me because I do not live in australia. The customer service person told me of a good exchange that works for my country. He gave me info for opening my own wallet and backing up the key.

Site doesn’t fully work with IE edge. I emailed them and they said they are fixing it now. Works good on my tablet and other browsers though. I made 5 buy orders and 1 sell order with them. Everything went fine with it.

They were inconsistent with how fast they would send my bitcoin. Sometimes it was one day and sometimes it was two days. The bitcoin ALWAYS is sent to me. In the last three months they are way faster though. If they keep this up I would give 5 stars.

Reliable crypto exchange. They are a registered Aussie business and registered as a crypto exchange. They have been around for four years. This is good if you want to deal with an Australian owned exchange instead of some international one where you have no recourse if you get scammed.

Me and my girl friend both have accounts and bought BTC from them before. Everything went fine with it each time. I would like to see crypto currency exchanges start offering joint accounts like we have with bank accounts.

Really good order flow and ux. I don't like how the settings and security settings are in the top right of the screen on your name. That could be a bit more obvious. Minimum order is $100 as well
Besides those two things I think it's an awesome exchange. They have a good order history page that shows everything about past orders. I found that useful when getting my taxes ready.

BIt trade's a good exchange if you want to deal with an Aussie owned company. I used to buy from them all the time before the ass fell out of the crypto market lately. They never let me down.

Really simple site to use and is very clean. My bank doesn’t work with poli, but they did help me place an order and pay with a bank transfer. Hopefully they get credit card payments again soon.

Their KYC is and ID requirements are a bit strict but they give higher starting limits than a lot of exchanges. They also send the crypto to your wallet instead of holding it in an account on their exchange.

Easy sign up process that steps through exactly what to do and has pictures. Order screen is very clear with the rates and fees, it also sent me a few Email updates for the order status updating and being sent to my wallet. I have no problem reccomending this exchange if you just want a simple fixed rate site.

I always get my btc when I trade through here. They are a bit slow sometimes (can take a day or two for the btc to get to my wallet), but I always get it. If they speed it up I’d defeinitely give5 stars. I don’t know why there are reviews calling this a scam though, it definitely IS NOT. If it wasn’t a legit company they would have been shutdown by now, I doubt poli would still work with them and I would not have gotten my bitcoin every time.
