I place two or three orders per month through these guys. They process my bitcoin orders really fast, same day or next day. Ether always takes forever, one or two days. If they speed up their ether, 5 stars.

Glad they are still around and have upgraded their site. It's an established exchange run out of Sydney been around since 2013. I used to use them back in the day when they took cash deposits into their account through the bank branch. They had to stop that when the banks started closing all of the bitcoin exchange's accounts.

Bittrade's awesome to deal with, a really good bunch of people. I though I lose all of my bitcoins and they helped me get back into my wallet.

Great little exchange that’s been around the Australian scene for a long time. They were one of the first. I’ve been using them on and off for years and I’m glad they’re still around doing service improvements.

This is a good exchange based in Sydney. They’ve been around a long time and I bought bitcoin from them a few times. It’s not the primary exchange I use, but they are good. I would use them more if they still had credit card payments.

I do some large orders through bit trade's trading desk. They give me good rates. I've been very happy with their service and the trades done through them. The last time I spoke to them on the phone they asked me to post a review if I didn't mind. I definitely do not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought some bitcoin from them for a while. The first maybe 5 or 6 orders came through to my wallet after 2 days. I started getting the bitcoins faster after I had a lot of orders go through.

I signed up with these guys and then bought a little btc and eth. Here's my thoughts:Pros:
- Very easy and clear sign up process
- Simple and clear order process
- Super clean UI.
- Bpay
Cons:
- Could use more payment methods
- Would like to see min orders lower than $100 (their customer service said they're working on it)
- Be good if they offered their own wallet. Customers need to use their own. This is good for security but I wouldn't mind leaving small amounts of crypto on their exchange.

It is clear and easy to use. It I WAY WAY better than it used to be since they launched the new site. They also fixed a couple of problems on my account really quick.

I placed an order and 2 days later it was still saying pending in my account. I emailed their customer service about it and they said I used a new bank account and they couldn't see the owner's name. Because of some compliance reasons they needed me to authorise that new bank account. I did all of that and got my order really fast after they got it. I also found their original email in my email spam. I didn't mind authorising that new bank account because to be fair their site warns about that sort of thing. I just wish the order status page told me something was wrong so that I could fix it faster. I still plan on buying from them, I'm just going to be careful to use the right account.
