Terrible company guess i found a window 5 days ago was able to download and set up app sent some ether and bought ripple That was it cant get on app or binance Im sure i got fucked If u have anything with binance get it out if possible i doubt it Spread the word to everyone

There is 100% chance 95% of the trade volume is fake... there is no liquidity i try to sell i get executed with -40%. stay away, this is mass exit scheme with pump and dump coins

My 2FA never registered with them. The problem was on their end, possibly my end sure but I've been locked out since Dec. 28th. Only robo responses from their email support. Telegraph support shut down from overload of requests for 2FA reset. Non-existant customer service. I wouldn't waste your time as I have unusable coin locked away for eternity.

Horrible trading platform. Ran by bots, no support for users. Withdrawal impossible. Your money is as good as dead on here.

Binance is only tricky to use. It is not a scam. If you are not tech savvy then it is best advised to stick to easier trading platforms such as coinbase or bittrex. I have had ease moving money to and from my accounts to my bank account, online wallets and other exchanges. I do recommend using binance as part of your trading but not solely relying on it. Binance is a major fraud operation... 95% of their trade volume is auto trading by bots that they run to pump up the volume and make it seem like they have action, This is illegal in pretty much all countries. Also I was in their telegram group and people are destroying them for lack of support, no withdrawals, and balances showing up incorrectly. Ive had my withdrawal stuck for 2 weeks not a single response from support. Would not surprise me if they were insolvent. stay away

If you lose your 2FA you lose your Money. Support is not willing to reset 2FA.- 3 Tickets no action,
- Telegram Support surprisingly answered and asked for Account E-Mail, then no answer anymore.
Waiting for weeks now, what a fraud!

binance has to be one of the easier exchanges to use, and have a great app with fiat to crypto calculator. on the negative side it's desperate if you want to trade regularly. it goes down without warning, will allow trading on some coins but others will only allow you to take a price and not make. A recent transaction took over 6 hours and 40 - 50 attempts to sell binances own coin. All in all, a great site to buy on. if planning on trading regularly, then best to buy and move to another exchange that's a little more consistent.
