It was actually pretty easy to get approved, because I follow directions- I guess I'm a freak like that. But after approved, I can now make transactions instantly. They called me to verify transactions and make sure that my account is protected. Their customer service is incredible and takes their time to explain things fully, and they seem to go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of. I would pay no mind to the disappointed customers/competitors who are leaving bad reviews because the truth is that this company is REALLY convenient, easy, and just all around AMAZING. The people at xcoins are great. They tried their best to provide a great platform for us all, and all we do is complain about it. I'm sure non of us can do any better. Why not just relax, and experience it. If you don't like it, move on. If you do, continue to stay with it but understand that some risks do occur. Instead of complaining about issues that even xcoins can't handle (like fraud, because there are so many horrible human beings that we can't control) why don't we compliment them on being great people, who are providing an amazing and secure service with officially screened backgrounds of all buyers. Their customer service is slow because of so many demands and silly questions. But they still eventually take their time to get to them and resolve them. You people are always so unappreciative. You really don't deserve all the hard work xcoins has put into this program and screening system.

This site is a great place to buy and sell Bitcoins quickly.Most of the complaints here seem to be impatient new users who expect to be verified in 30 minutes and be able to purchase Bitcoin immediately. When that doesn't happen, you see the same people posting angry comments on multiple forums. So, for anyone considering using this site, be aware - you will have to be patient and accept that you cannot rush the verification process.
However, once verification has been passed, you can buy Bitcoin instantly with your credit card whenever you want. Accept this and stop complaining. I've been using xCoins.io for months now - there are some issues, but overall I've been very happy with the experience and there is a helpful, growing community of users who can advise new members.

Derek,XCoins cannot hack your account and make transactions. First of all, we do not have access to your PayPal account, so this is impossible. Second, doing this to create chargebacks would only create a complete mess not only for us, but for our customers too. That is completely false. We actually guide lenders through the chargeback process to help win these disputes and make sure scammers don't get away with stealing.

They have a robotic customer service agent called Johanna who doesn't care how long and detailed your issue is. Her response is always "I'm sorry but xcoins has no control over this. Please feel free to ask us more questions". And when you reply to her with another detailed two page write up, she has the same exact response. I was told they're not even in CA and they opportate elsewhere.

Xcoins is wonderful at first. But once you become a consistent user, you will get short changed on bitcoins. I have experienced and also heard from other members that they PURPOSELY send $3-$5 less to the desired wallet address just so they can keep the funds. And of course they ignore your emails when you bring it to their attention and ask for refunds. Stay away from this place. They really are a bunch of unethical assholes.

I have heard from multiple people that xcoins have hacked their accounts and made several transactions. The real owner creates a chargeback, the lenders lose out of PayPal refunds and xcoins walks away with money in their pocket. Coincidence that several members have had chargebacks from instantly signing up with xcoins?
