I have been successfully changed my pin, it was 6 digits of number. when I input my pin to open my account, the system menu just provide 4 digits of number of pin. how can I login if the system work like that?totally scam, I've been being member since january 2016 for saving my btc that I've got from faucets, but now my btc is vanished

SCAM.Xapo is now IGNORING my emails.
Xapo has stopped communicating.
Xapo is illegally and for no reason holding my money and refusing to discuss it with me.
It is over a week now and they are silent, ignoring emails and communication tickets.
I am reporting them to the police and local financial regulators in Hong Kong (where they are based) and also any UK agencies.
THEIR FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE, COMBINED WITH THE LOW BTC PRICE SUGGEST THEY MAY BE ABOUT TO COLLAPSE. BE WARNED.

I used xapo for years without a problem and now they blocked my account after a deposit so I can't access in my dashboard and now passed several weeks(plus 4 weeks)...Support reply ever the same answer "your account is under review by our compliance team,...etc..." so I lost finally my Eur deposit and bitcoins also holded in it...Stay away from them...

Xapo blocked my account and requested me to provide supporting documents in order to unblock my account. Then they completely ignore my requests to unlock my account after submitted my bank statement. It been 2 months and there’s no updates from them. I was dealing directly from support (Rosa & Samantha) by email but they did not reply my emails anymore. Xapo is completely SCAM !

Xapo blocked my account and asked me to send ID documents which I did.Then they completely ignore my requests to unlock my account.
I was dealing with someone directly from support by email but she does not reply anymore.
So as things stand they have stolen my bitcoin.

Xapo is not a scam. I have used it for a year without problems. I deposited fiat currencies, bought bitcoin sent it to other wallets effortlessly. In October 2018 they had problems for 3 weeks with deposits not being cleared. Unfortunately I made a deposit in this period, hence the 4 stars and not 5.

I submitted all documentations needed, and being told it will take UP TO 96HRS to verify address. Well it's 116hrs and counting of " waiting for verification" and sending their sorry @$* support team 12 EMAILS WITH NO REPLY, I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. It has become obvious they're choosing to ignore all my emails. I hope every employee including the developer rots in jail!!!

Realy bad expirience with Xapo service:* Everytime needs to upload new KYC documents
* SEPA Deposit from Bank to Xapo take over 3 weeks (Germany->Gibraltar)
* High hidden taxes
* Freezing BTC witthdrawal if more then 2 BTC for more then 2 weeks
I write this review as I have received stupid E-Mail like it again:

I lost my btc i withdrawn 0.4 btc to xapo from mellowads but no btc received in xapo wallet it was a off-chain transaction and i lost my btc friends pls stay away from xapo or they will make you cry .......

This company is the worst!, as many have already pointed out, it was not even enough to have the account validated several times with enough identity documents, if you try to make a normal transaction with your validated account suddenly it gets stopped and "under review" due to a trigger for "strange behavior", WHAT A BULLSHIT.. then customer support is completely unresponsive, they simulate to respond and try to help you but it takes like 48 hrs between each answer... if they ever respond. STAY AWAY from this company.

Also me , they stop me from sending money ! The problem before i used to deposit & send money ok , but lately they need complicated prof of address , bank account which is not available in my country with english language ! I send selfie & many verfication with no accept from them !
Where can i complain to regulated athurity to get my money back
