Got a server down for 2 weeks, wrote tickets 10 times they didnt even answer. But they don't forget to send reminders to pay the monthly bill . Worst hosting company in my life .

Just had a issue with my hacked Wordpress, it looks like a sketchy plugin caused it. I brought it up with hosterbox support and they cleared it up for me. Always top notch support and the servers are always very fast.

We are using them from 3 years now. Their customer support takes 1-2 days to reply to "Urgent" tickets. Sometimes this means our websites are down for days. Very slow customer support. Our Wordpress website got hacked, and they didn't even care to restore to a working version after repeated reminders. we gave up and moved
