I could not submit this unless I gave a rating of at least one star. Please note they deserve zero(0). They are not legit and pretty much full of it. I am not going to bother asking for my money back. In fact they can shove it. Not doing this again! I spent all day trying to pass verification for new users. One thing after another and any communication with them is pretty much from a bot. If you call them even during business hours you will only get a recording. If something goes wrong...Good Luck! And most important if you value your paypal account dont use it for transactions w/ them. You could get red flagged or worse.

Just lost an entire bitcoin ($7300) from Xcoins. Called support several times and no answer. I have not touched my bitcoin for months and all of a sudden it is gone. No refunds and no explanation. The best they could do is say I’m sorry. I have an email sent from Xcoins team which they say it is not them. The address had Xcoins.io in the details of the email. It took me several months to purchase one bitcoin and now it’s gone. Very disappointed of the lack of security by xcoin exchange. Support does not work during the day at all. I will post pictures of the emails sent to me. I believe it’s an inside job of someone stealing bitcoin. Not happy at all. I will warn all who are thinking about using Xcoins about their lack of support AND security.

I bought $15 USD in bitcoin today, tried exchanging it to my binance wallet so that i could exchange it, and they i am getting charged almost 50% in miner fees to withdraw from my xcoins.io to binance, this is ridiculous, i already paid enough in fees to buy the bitcoins.... I have $15.54 USD in BTC and am only allowed to withdraw $8.10 in BTC after fees (Remember, I already paid crazy fees of over 15% when buying the BTC)...........

I think this site is really great if you only lend to users with rating 5 and above, I've made over $5000 dollars , I did get about $600 in chargebacks so, about $4400 but sill that's a risk you take when dealing with cryptocurrencies , there will always be scammers, just protect yourself. Making $4400 for a middle class person like myself is pretty awesome if you ask me.

I've personally made 10 bucks or so a day investing my 1st week. I recommend this to anyone looking into Bitcoin passive income. Payments go straight to paypal and with my paypal debit card(which is shitty but gets the job done) I can withdraw the money as soon as I receive a payment.

Pretty good for sellers. This service has high trade commission and some nice amount of margin for sellers if you have some places to buy bitcoin at cheaper prices. Not bad for bitcoin trading site when you are selling.

I like using xCoins , for someone who is is moderate with computers, I have managed to make money through this site. Some of the bad reviews here are probably people that have no idea how to use computers, you have to use your brain a little bit. Idid get a couple chargebacks since I have been lending, but that is a risk I decided to take when I started lending, overall I have made almost 10K in profit since I have been a member here , which has been really good extra income for me and my family.

PayPal closed my account and has a 180 day (6 month) hold on my funds due to all the fraudulent transactions that were trying to go through. I would not recommend Xcoins to anyone. They must rely on new seller/lenders everyday because they're all getting shut down by PayPal with no warning. I feel sorry for the people the depend on PayPal for business because they will never be able to sell on it again.

I have a balance that I have been unable to withdraw for weeks. Everytime I try to w/d, I get a message that says I have nothing available to w/d -- yet balance amount clearly shows on my account.I have filled out at least 6-8 support tickets on this since July and problem has not been resolved. Xcoins has not responded to any of my messages in weeks.
I don't know what else to do. How can I TALK to a real person to get this resolved?
