Have had an account with Xapo for quite some time now.Made many transactions without an issue.
Verification was quick and painless.
There are only 2 reasons why I don't use them as a primary:
1: I don't want a third party holding my funds
2: They don't currently have a USA debit card.
Other than that, no complaints…service works fine and seems rather secure, especially with 2-factor enabled.

They take your bitcoin and then never let you get to them it's been three months sent in picture of I'd plus a e-Bill still not able to get my coins ..it's a scam don't use you will never get you money back

Financial trouble? After three weeks of manually reviewing my address verification they finally told me that they couldn't verify my address and wouldn't say why.

Got my account created a week ago. Card arrived in 3-4 days to UK. Transefered initial amount of BTC with no problem. Card activation no hassle too but needed to wait 24 hours. Purchases appear instantly on the Xapo app, but do take 3+ days to settle. Would recommend.

Frozen account suddenly. Unable to send BTC. Sent messages to support. Will look how it goes. General recommendation: don't use XAPO. Poor support, errors, bugs, and now frozen accounts.
