The chat room is phenomenal. The only exchange I've seen with an active and public chat where anyone can participate, and it's active pretty much all times of day. UI is better than anything else I've tried. 5/5

Love Whaleclub. Been trading since last year and have had no issues. Deposits/withdraws are fast and support people, when I've used them, have been responsive. I would like to see 1) a higher fidelity mobile application for Android 2) More FX pairs, and more stocks, particularly small caps, perhaps even penny stocks (traditional, non crypto).

STRAIGHT UP SCAM! BEWARE OF WHALECLUB! I´ve deposited my last savings in order to trade a little, just because the offer
this 30% Deposit Bonus as stated on their website "Bonus payments are made on trades
with negative profit and thus can be considered as a refund (up to 30%) on trades that
don't work out as expected. " but guess what!?! I lost nearly everything and NO BONUS
was applied ! The support doesn´t answer at all!

Commenting Donald Waffen post, you are very correct on spotting "financing" as the key to Whaleclub customers' loses and Whaleclub's profits. And that in addition to the buy/ sell wide spread. Without diminishing your correctly bad review, just note the 9% financing on the BTC/USD pair is per day (not per hour), which nevertheless is outrageously high, and positively ruining to any customer. On current $7k price for BTC, you would fork out $630 per day, just to have an open position. Wanna trade only intra-hours (where they do not charge financing)? Then they will kill you with the buy/ sell spread.

I've been using MT4 for a while (with EAs) and Whaleclub is a breath of fresh air. Ultra low spreads on FX and great web trader. REST API is a plus. Recommended!

I like it so far. Good solid UI. Trades execute very fast with high liquidity. Breadth of markets offered 4/5. Can use more FX pairs - or exotic options - eg Ruble or non pegged Yuan. More equities too, consider: NVDA, AMD, small cap HHJ, FYD, PTBS, and ETFs q-shares or VIX would be solid.

I love Whaleclub. I've been trading FX and crypto with them for about a year. Beats MT4 / Alpari in my book. Never really needed their support, you can pretty much get all your questions answered in the public chat room.

Spreadbetting / CFD with bitcoin.. I like it. Clean UI, spreads are OK (can be improved w/ some markets), liquidity is very high, giving no partial execution afaik. Recommended.

Like the chat, like the site. I think they have done a good job creating an easy to use interface for margin trading. It's an extremely nice platform, but I am far too poor to do some the trading volume I actually want lol

I like everything pretty much. Was used to metatrader and thought the interface would take time to learn, it was easier than expected. WhaleClub offers the most leverage I've seen for many markets. Fees are low or on par with other platforms. I've only tried out customer support once and they've been helpful. All round good, keep it up!
