Good experience so far, good platform. Deposits nd withdrawals work correct and timely. Good spreads and ok swaps. No issues.

interesting platform…. easy to use n lot to do. overall impressive, I have become a regular user over past 2-3 months.. improvements: Im used to more leverage . in 200x-500x if possible…. Also the chart drawings do not save when one logs out

So far I would have to say that I do like the platform. Whaleclub is by far the best platform that I've found when I started looking into them. I'm a senior software developer and used Metatrader and built some EA bots; so far a positive experience.

I send 0.8 BTC yesterday from LocalBitcoins to Whaleclub. By this morning the deposit still hadn't shown up. So I sent a support ticket. It was answered within the hour, stating that they really didn't know what had happened, whether it was a problem on their side or with LocalBitcoin.And they deposited the 0.8 BTC.
Glitches happen everywhere. I define good customer service by the manner they are ironed out. Thank you, Whaleclub!

Plus I start to realize that most of the good looking comments are actually fake, right? Let me tell you something. With this kind of attitute you can not achieve anthing. When I was talking about unprofessional attitute, I meant this kind of reckless behaviour.
Look at the good companies. They always listen when a user have a complaint and try to find a solution not pretend the complaint is fake or ignore.
