I don’t get all the hate on Paxful, I actually had a lot of good experiences with them. They are strict when it comes to following their Terms of Service and ban scammers immediately after a thorough investigation.

I give Paxful 5 stars. It's the best site to buy and sell bitcoins, being a p2p wesite you're directly connected to vendors for smooth communication and trade, just like eBay and Craigslist. Moderators and support agents are quick to help when in need of any aid. Would recommend!

Most users that cry foul are usually the ones who scam/rip people of their hard earned money and they try to blame it on Paxful. Clearly, they don’t understand how it works. Paxful is not a scam, they can never take your money because they only serve as a platform that connects buyers and sellers.This is a reminder that everybody should make reading a habit, know the protocols of a platform. Read their Terms of Service, people

Hi, i had my account frozen for 1 week, i thought i was gonna loose all my money (0.21btc) but it wasn´t like that, i wrote to paxful customer service chat and they told to me to wait, i wrote them every 2 days and one week later i had my account back to normal. (today) so, it is a very amazing web to trade. Thanks a lot Paxful :)Sen me $1 (in Btc) if this help u to understand frozen account, ´cause i did not get too much info in the internet about frozen accounts on Paxful. I can receve tips :D Thanks a lot.

Though I love paxful support team for their prompt and helpful action when you asked them questions but I can't believe my account been Suspended by their moderators for violating ToS specifically sharing off-Escrow Contact Information. Because I once asked the support team if my buyer as me for my mobile number and I ask them for their mobile number on the trade chat page means violation of contact information ToS and the question was not answered. Many months later my account is suspended for this ToS now that I have much funds in it compare to before. And this funds was acquired through hardworking and sincere trading.

they help well enough with disputes…..i was ripped off by one idiot guy User name is: "Jack_richard_one" And his damn frickin ID is: "wWo9PydzaeA"……..so you people to beware and be careful of him, his nothing but scammed on this paxful …..im very greatful from 24hours customer service and Admins for helping me to get my bitcoin from him 😀😁😂🤣😃. I have been trying to contact them customer support, even they not replying and they will not help you when you save your btc in them wallet they will tell your Bitcoin is hacked they will grab your earning
