just purchased a small amount of bitcoin to test and after following all instructions. the seller went AFK and completely ignored me after i sent my payment. the sellers name was FIRMINO. do not use this service. the support system is automated. there is no real person there to help you. i basically got burned and paypal will not refund since it was not a physical item. they have no way of proving whether or not you received your goods.

Awesome support system. Anytime I have any issue they resolve it fast enough and fairly. As a vendor sometime you get into a situation that you think the buyer will scam you out, but these AWESOME guys are always fair and sees everything. Out of all of the places to purchase coins (big and small exchanges) Paxful is the only place I had a chance to to speak with someone and explain the situation. Like most cases, my case was not black and white……The admins had to use a little common sense to get everything corrected. And they did, they went above and beyond to fox the situation and get back to business. Thanks again.
