I like the service earlier before now but, I think paxful should work more on the vendor maybe with a Good verification method to avoid the number of innocent buyers like me loosing their cards to Ripper.. On the customer service I give them %100 satisfactory

Other than the service itself, this company sucks. As of 2/10/18, users still haven't been credited their BTC equivalent of their BCH at the time of the hard fork. They put up this non-answer help topic saying that they are waiting on BitGo to fix an issue on their end to distribute the BTC. This was posted 1/2/18. We're at 5 months now, but if it isn't just PaxFul, I can understand. So, I talked to BitGo's customer support, guess what? The issue was resolved on 1/4/18. How long does it take to send users their Bitcoin? According to the "help topic", it was estimated to take no longer than a week. It's been over a month now. BTC or not, I'm done with Matt, Julian, Anne, everybody. If you still use Paxful, make sure you get your own private wallet!

Support took months to help me out with a scammer leaving it unanswered for MONTHS due to the scammer having 400+ feedback positive but they finally came through , even though i didn't get my money back , at least the scammer got noticed ?
