i have experience with onexbtc.com . generally they is not scammer but???1. paypal limit is very little 0.005 btc.
2. if you want to order above 0.005 btc you need buy gift cards and exchange it to bitcoin on onexbtc.com
3. They also not accept itunes gift cart above $100 single gift card.
4. some time you need wait 4-5 hours for receive yourr bitcoin.
