Do not use. Customer service is as bad as finding a polar bear in a white out. Heaven forbid you say a bad word in an email asking what is going on. You will be blackballed. Like dealing with 10 year olds. On the other hand, all emails have been sent to proper authorities so their fintrac number should be revoked, so fuck them i guess?

Using this site is one of my favourite ways to send money. I prefer using e transfer through this site because it’s very simple and convenient. They offer other ways of paying as well such as wire transfers and flex pin vouchers which are straight forward and affordable.
