Paid $112 for $100 of Bitcoin. Only $95 was deposited into my wallet. When I transferred the $95 out of the wallet to Coinbase, they deposited $85 to my Coinbase wallet. Wasted $27 in fees! Super scam!

Absolutely scam and fraud. Avoid MoonPay at all costs. They charged my account immediately once I authorized the transaction and it's been 15 hours and still nothing. Verified my charges with my bank and my wallet address. They don't have customer support so your money is gone if you choose them be careful

Garbage Garbage Garbage. They "completed" the transaction over 24 hours ago and still no crypto. Only automatic replies from their support (which are zero help).

- No customer services
Terrible company, terrible experience, loss of earnings with no compensation.
Disgusting to operate within Financial Services with all the above. Moonpay should not be able to operate as a company if they cannot facilitate their only role.

Ordered crypto at 9:55 am and it is 7:24 pm and still no luck. Would never do it again as they just lock up your money with no phone number or answer to emails.

Scammers and thieves, praying upon elderly citizens who foolishly trust what they are being told is a way to protect them from fraudulent purchases and then there is no recourse for the victim or responsibility taken by Moonpay.
