Hello everybody !I have been invited to testify about my situation with HitBTC.
Not long ago i decides for security to chose to implement the 2FA authenticator on my account, a few days ago.
Everything was working normally until HitBTC denied me access to my account for no reason. No more access to the account, yet the secret key has not changed, and I have not changed the way I use it, the backups codes never working.
So I chose to contact support via e-mail and their forum, I also contacted by Facebook. Now the problem is that support makes fun of me; They asked me to authenticate my account by sending them some transaction numbers about my HitBTC account, which I did very quickly. They recently told me they wanted to help me by turning off 2FA on my account, telling me they would warn me as soon as it was done :

Then I received a message saying to me

They never answer your questions and send only automatic messages.

Customer service: Do not expect anything here. They will not respect you as a customer and do not give a S**t about you or your money, they don't have to, because there is nothing you can do about it. They can take your money any day. Support takes days to reply and answers only generic botlike answers. If you have an issue with the site… good luck my friend, its best to accept losses, leave and never turn back.
Trading: expect your wallets, transactions and trades to freeze for 6-24 hours every now and then. If there is a difference in price between exchanges they will freeze all accounts to avoid people withdrawing to sell somewhere else. Very shady technical problems during coin spikes which magically resolve once coins are dumped to minimum. Happened with BCH pump, NEM pump, NEO pump and latest BTG pump.
If regulation kicks in, these people will be searched for by interpol, FBI and the f***king Templars…

Cannot withdraw BTG. Why? Because BTG is currently making money. They are using our funds to profit themselves. This cannot be a coincidence because the !exactly! same thing happened with XEM/NEM a week ago. Just blocked the withdrawal and they are golden.

On November 20/21 2017 they stole a lot of BTG from people by blocking withdrawal and exchange, thus probably making a lot of profit themselves thanks to bittrex

This place sucks I have my back up code to let me in and it wont work. I sent in my ids with pictures to prove its my account and they still wont let me back in on my account. I never did anything to prove it wasn't my account, i always used the same computer when using it. I contact support and they havent resolved the resolution. On twitter they just delete my tweets. Going on 12 days now. In this market as 12 days can destroy lifes, and i suppose i wont be reimbursed for any of my loses. You may ask why they havent gone out of business, well when you can steal peoples money and get away with it they are making a killing.
