Hitbtc claim that they have variety of coins, but never mentioned that they are all dead with zero trading volumes! I would prefer to use IDEX since it has bigger variety and they don't lock and steal traders funds!

I learned from an insider that Hibtc is facing very tough time with Hong Kong police and serious investigations are ongoing, I strongly believe they will taken down very soon, I feel sorry for all of those got their money trapped in this scam exchange.
