UpdateDTMF is an inexpensive way to get an anonymous mobile phone number from 50+ countries, temporarily or permanently. The numbers support:
* Sending and receiving SMS via the browser
* Making and receiving phone calls in any modern browser
* Webhooks for handling (and optionally replying to) incoming SMS
* Forwarding of incoming SMS to any mobile number worldwide
* Forwarding of incoming phone calls
* An API supporting all functionality except voice
* SIP for connecting voice phone numbers to your own software/hardware

I have used this service in my website. I am receving SMS verification from my users.So far it is working properly and without problems.
Its a bit expensive but I have been financing it with my income.
Worth giving it a try.

works great, but read the warnings about verifying accounts with the numbers. had to try a few numbers before i found one telegram would send verify sms to.
