they scam for real, server bought for 1 year offline after 4days without the possibility to do anything like reinstall or reboot dont trust them!

I paid for a VPS at 23th June 2022. Today, 1st July 2022 my server if offline and can't restart it. I tried with Boot, Reboot and Rescue options and nothing. His support team ignoring my tickets...

My VPS server has been terminated without notification or explanation after 3 days, although I paid all invoices in time. That is not acceptable. Additionally the network speed was very slow. Will never use it again. Bad service.
