UpdateCoinme was born in 2014 when we placed the first licensed Bitcoin ATM in the US. Since then we have expanded to 70 in 8 states and launched our Advisory Services. We are currently working on a licensing deal that would place us as the world's leader in Bitcoin ATMs; so more to come on that. We are fully licensed in US (including FinCEN), abide by all current laws & regulations including KYC/AML, and have a chief compliance officer that oversees transactions.

Here's an update to the worst customer service in the history of the world. So almost 3 months later and I have opened a ticket over 9 days ago and it's still in submit stage and nobody has even looked at it . Now I have a 2nd ticket opened. they took my money when I tried to use the ATM cashout but. Gave me no code but kept my money so now im out $760.no updates at all just headache after headache. Give me a number to call only to be told by recording no calls taken. The biggest cluster Fever

Issue receiving purchase.. I purchased more than $400 usd bitcoin and only received $40.. chat is no assistance and they give a run around excuse. Send my bitcoin or refund my money it is very simple
