Just terrible. Cancelled my first ETH order after hours for "technical" reasons and are yet to refund me. So I bought some more. Hours and hours of waiting and still no ETH, but loads of excuses including "it'll be there in 15 mins" ,and I am over $200usd out of pocket.

I've run several transactions with Coinmama, and had a flawless experience thus far. Registration was easy, transactions are fast, I like the fact that they have you re-enter your credit card information every time you make a purchase, it's a very smooth and hassle free process. The only complaint I might have is the high transaction fee, but considering the safety of the platform, access to my favorite coins, and ease of use, I don't mind paying the extra penny. Everything comes with a tradeoff.

What is unsettling is the fact that I provided to coinmama not only a copy of my driver license, but a photo of myself holding it with another piece of paper with the current date. For them not to be able to at least provide me with information as to why my application was rejected is unacceptable. What's done with my information now and what proof do I have? Is it sold to another source? Their verification teams' reply doesn't 'cut-it,' as coinmama shall discover soon enough. It's just bad business practice and not worth lost business with subsequent negative reviews.

Didnt like that I had to send so much stuff to them to get verified… and am a little worried about that part of it… but I wanted to get in on ADA while its so cheap. They verified me the next day, and I bought ADA which transferred to my wallet within 15 minutes of the purchase. I had 0 issues and was surprised it went so smooth. Only had the one transaction with them so far, but it was fine. Thanks.

It looks like it's legit. I just got verified and I was just about to purchase 1000$ of BTC when they tacked on another 50$ processing fee. You might be thinking, "Well 50$ doesn't sound bad on top of 1000$"
The problem is that it's actually near 100$ they profit off of you.
They're definitely sneaky about it, but I'm glad I did the calculations before I committed.
Here's the math I did for the transaction I almost made before they tacked on another 50$.
0.1478074 (BTC I'd Buy) x 6459.59 (actual price of BTC according to coinmarketcap) = 954.77
The answer should equal the amount of money I spend, (1000$) but they only give me 954 dollars worth of BTC. Then they charge an additional 50$ so I'd spend 1050$ for only 954$ worth of BTC which is a 9.15% charge. Stay away from this company!

Awful Service - October 19, 2018
Had a deposit/withdrawl held up for over 36 hours and was told it would take 12-15 hours to get resolved, but then had no follow-up communication from them for another 6 hours. It is still pending and I have not heard from them, so much for 2 hours customer service turnaround. AWFUL

Its not that they'll steal your money outright, they'll delay your transaction with some excuse until the market goes I'm their favor and against you. It's either one of the two or both following excuses:1-We need to manually process your order, this happens from time to time. Stay tuned to to your email.
2- We can't verify where your payment location came from (despite processing and accepting your funds). Please re-upload verification documents.
Even though I've already been FUCKING VERIFIED TWICE.
Stay away from these scanners. They're playing the time game to get a bigger cut.

Worst service out there. After having my bank deny a few transactions, I finally got that figured out and tried to make a purchase, which was again immediately denied. I called the bank, assuming of course it was their end that was denying it. I was told coin mama did a reversal and it was not the bank. So, I contacted coinmama support. I got a generic "our card processor denied the transaction for unknown reasons." If that is true, why is there no way to override it? And the money is in the bank, obviously, since they took it out and immediately returned it. I was told to use another card. I replied back that this was ridiculous and if they didn't figure it out, I was going elsewhere. I received a reply stating basically sorry about my bad luck and good luck finding a different exchange that better suits my needs. No problem, I'll take my $3000 a week I was planning to invest elsewhere then.
