Not all transactions arrive, let's say especially not those coming from scams. My gross balance would have increased by 1000% if I had done the pain to buy a sharper webcam for being able to log in again during the Bitcoin's value top. At the moment the value of the bitcoin had its "old" value again as when I "lost" my telephone number I noticed that you could upload a scan of your proof of identity. For a more accessible Coinbase, I wonder if Google can't play an important role by which I refer to its 2-step authorization.

If you send crypto to coinbase without a destination tag they keep it and say it's not recoverable while it totally is (minus the transfer fees of course). Very bad customer service, they keep denying it and only want to resolve simple topics

2019 Coinbase doesn’t care about their customers anymore. I used to be a big fan of Coinbase until they decided to delete my drivers license and forced me to re-verify the SAME drivers license that does not EXPIRE for another 6 years (Rediculous) and while this NEW Verification process was taking place, They also took my limit down from $25,000 to zero with no notification to supposedly “Re Verify My Drivers License” Are you Kidding Me. This is NOT how you treat customers and do business. Then after almost 2 weeks of NOT being able to buy, I decided to call and had to speak with some Indian guy. He doesn’t like that I said Coinbase should give customers 48-72 hours to adhere to this NEW policy and then he then threatens to freeze my account. Really Coinbase, You allow Outsourced customer service agents to threaten Real customers with freezing account.?

Cautiously regged credit card info, firgured they smell like shit when they started harassing me over drivers lisence etc. So I stopped there and thought I might as well give them a day or two with only the credit card info to see what happens. Lo and behold, only 1 day later they had already tried using it for a 900€ payment on real.de, and another 200-300€ on some other german shitsite… Guess it pays off to uncheck all the regions except your own country, bahahahaha. Eat shit and die cockroaches

Coinbase took my money and will not let me withdraw. I deposited several thousand dollars to Coinbase. They confirmed this deposit with an email and I can see the money when I am logged in. I was able to use this money to buy Bitcoin and pay their (very high) fees. However, when I wanted to withdraw my Bitcoin, they hit with me a long list of verification processes. Even after completing them, my Bitcoin is still frozen. Customer Service will not answer the phone for withdraw problems "at this time". So, my money is gone, Buyer Beware!

well I went to CB yesterday after remembering I had mined 2 bitcoin a long time ago only to literally log in and see it system crash log in and it be gone and get kicked again and unable to log back into CB. CB is wanteing hash numbers and all kinds of stuff which I don't know as all the backed up data was taken out when a lightning strike smoked my old pc. now im sitting here running on an old system that originally had windows xp on it and I need my 2 bitcoin so I can build a new pc as this one is barely able to browse the net and I have a felling coinbase is going to try to screw me out of whats mine. sure it is only 2 bitcoin but damn that is a LOT of cash in the current market and I would like to use it before another crash hits and my bitcoin are completely worthless.

COINBASE IS A SCAM!!!! Stay away from them you can deposit all of your money and apparently by cryptocurrencies that they offer the problem comes when it's time for you to sell and withdraw your funds they will not let you withdraw your funds and the company is deliberately set up to where you cannot contact them there's only one phone number you can call and they will tell you there's nothing they can do and there is no other phone numbers any company that is set up this way is nothing more than a scam and nobody in the right mind should ever use them

Stole $2300 right out from underneath me. They hold all my personal info. This is the worst abuse and lack of responsability I've ever seen. They are thieves. They dont acknowledge my emails and this feels so helpless and hopeless but w out a high paid lawyer what can I do?

Just got a signed up, TRIPLE verified pain in the ass, then linked bank account, made a deposit and 'bought' some bitcoin. Turns out, Coinfake locks your money up for 14 days and won't allow me to withdraw, cancel the deposit, or send my bitcoin ANYWHERE. Lots kf good that does me. So I do a bit more digging, find out that Coinbase actually has NO COIN AT ALL. And when you go to move it, or, you know , USE IT/OWN IT/GIVE IT , This SHAM double charges you to do that too. So they JACK THE PRICE, DONT SELL YOU ANYTHING BUT A PROMISE, THEN CHARGE AGAIN TO, YOU KNOW, BUUUUUYYYYY THE DAMN BITCOIN YOU ALREADY PAID FOR… BECAUSE… MINERS OR SOMETHING. FUCK YOU COINBASE. Im taking my money back in…. well two fucking weeks. I hope you all choke and die.

I’ve had my deposit on hold for quite a while now and it has cleared my bank over a week ago. They don’t mind taking your money but they hold your money longer than any other entity I have ever experienced. They take advantage knowing they are the biggest exchange out there but that will all change with competition arising. Please take some time to find another exchange that accepts USD.

Worst company ever. Put a 30 day hold on my funds. "Support team" is a total sham. They will not do ANYTHING for you. I've spoken to supervisors and specialists, and they're all completely full of s***. You will end up in an infinite loop of BS. I've never dealt with anything like this before. This company absolutely needs to be investigated by authorities, and shut down.
