Payed, no service provided for 6 days not. Requested refund. Response was 'we don't provide refunds'. Advising them that romania consumer protection laws are subject to European 'The Directive on Consumer Rights' http://eastlegalteam.com/consumer-protection-in-romania/

same happened with me! These are just criminals"1) Registration is NOT anonymous as advertised.
2) I paid with BTC and they took my BTC but did not automatically set up my hosting or reserve my Domain as claimed.
3) I filled out a support ticket, that went unanswered.
