It’s been a couple of years since I used my account and had to reverify it again. Looking at the site, all I can say is WOW they’ve come a long way. The new site fantastic and so much better than the old one.

I find them reliable and always get my bitcoins. There has been a couple of times where it has taken a few days for them to process my order.

I made a lot of BIG orders through their OTC team in December when everything was booming. They told me I would be better off keeping my bitcoins in a hardware wallet….then they mailed me one for free. lol no complaints def recommend.

Bittrade has a beuatifully simple website. Taking off one star because I can't leave money or crypto on my exchange account like I can with a live exchange service.

I started trading through them again in May when they sent me an Email about their new trading platform. It's definitely a huge improvement and is very nice. In June they did 0% commissions all month which was cool. Did heaps of orders then.
Faster than expected - July 10, 2018
The site said a first time order might take up to 2 days. I got an Email a few hours later saying the order's complete. Not long after that I saw the coins land in my wallet. It was a pleasant surprise.

Me and a mate been using these guys for a long time. Have had an occasional hiccup but are overall happy and still dealing with them.

It was easy enough to figure out for a first timer. I signed up for some other exchanges but couldn't figure out what I was doing. I did need to ask customer service for help to setup a wallet. They gave me some suggestions and stressed the importance of backing it up (which I would not have done on my own because I'm lazy lol).

It is good that they have Poli, but I'd like to see credit card payments again. Not everyone has a bank that works with Poli. it's a good exchange aside from that.

I get my weekly bitcorns from a few Australian exchanges. Bit trade stacks up favourably since all of their improvements. Much easier UI than a lot of the others around.

Reliable enough exchange. I’ve used most of the ones around and none have been perfect. Bit trade’s better than average and have always taken care of me.
