Hello Banxalive investors..Friends, those who want to deposit money to this Banxalive, do not deposit money without doing a good research, you will never get the money and whenever you want to withdraw the money, they want more money from you. I deposited and paid all the bonuses but they did not give the money and they still want money from me. Let me write everything in detail. I made my first investment and then they asked me to pay a bonus to get the money. I paid a minimum of 500 euros. Then they said that the wallet address was wrong, we need to get your money back. I paid another 500 euros for that. Then they said they would send the money to the bank and they said there is a tax for this. I paid 500 euros and then they said I would be an active member. They wanted me to deposit 350 euros. I deposited that too and now they still want 2000 euros from me. I do not know why, so friends, if you do not want to lose your money, I say do not deposit money, otherwise you are also scammers.

WARNING: I do not recommend using BANXA's services, based on my personal experience. There are many other service providers of better quality for purchasing crypto-assets. I made a purchase with BANXA and still haven't received anything after more than 48 hours. Every time you try to contact them, here are the bot messages they respond with:"Due to high volume we are currently taking up to 48 hours to respond to support requests. We apologize for the delay and will email you as soon as your order is complete."
Or, "Thanks for raising a support ticket with us – we are sorry we haven't replied to you yet. Rest assured your query is important to us and we will respond to you as soon as we can."
So be warned, if you go through BANXA for your crypto purchases, it's at your own risk. In any case, BANXA is now banned from my list of crypto providers. I have also already contacted a lawyer who will act as a mediator with these thieves! My lawyer just asked me to wait a few days so BANXA can dig themselves deeper into their crimes.

Poor customer support service and a completely messy process algorithm...If you are having any trouble with the platform then I hope god helps you because the support team will not!
The platform uses a somehow automatic algorithm that nobody knows anything about in the support team... I was having trouble processing my orders and got the same error code repeatedly. End of the day, I tried to contact the support team but they didn't have any idea about what is the error code and how I fix it. Approximately, they are just saying "Banxa proudly uses an algorithm that nobody knows" and it makes no sense at all LOL
So long story short, if you are lucky enough to don't get any errors while using the platform you can continue to use it. But when you get any errors or have any problems then I hope god helps you because you will not get any help from Banxa...

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My PayID Transaction didn't go through and they said they refunded the money but 2 months later and it's still not in my account. Their service team has dragged their feet. I'm concerned I won't get it back now.

Banxa asks for your ID and Photo like other platforms but only to try to steal from you. They somehow got into banking and changed my login info. These guys are thieving criminals. STAY AWAY!

I wish you could give a zero rating. I use them bc they will buy $35 worth which other places will only do $50. I really hate them… I ordered my litecoin at 7pm, it is now 11:30 pm not even an email or anything. This is garbage. They are garbage. But karma is real.. Order number 9299946. They stole my money. I even went so far as to contact their bank it gets deposited to DC BANK and they told me that they received the order at 11:43:est and actually put in the proper security code to accept my money at 11:45 and 13 seconds and then at 11:47 est they sent me an expire email and will not give me my 600 USDT! They are crooks, DO NOT use them. Support is useless!!

They just took my money from Credit Card and I got the mail about the order is canceled - no additional information!!!! They did not return money after canceling order!!!After applying to support they answerd tnat my card was corporate, but it was my private bank Credit Card!!! Money still not returned!!!

Thsy steal money. Say you want to do a 450 transaction it will say it costs ten bucks. Then by the tims you get your money you will only have 390. They have hidden fees.
