5) Always take an eye on time delay that you set for your order.

7) Some users (like Jonathan Gamarro) are waiting for one incoming transaction with the full amount. But sometimes funds could arrive as multiple transactions which equals the full amount. It will increase your anonymity. Do the math please before taking any action.

Karyn Yu is spreading completely false information trying to spoil BitcoinMix service reputation. He provided fake information and non-verifiable Letter of Guarantee without signature. It's obvious that a jealous competitor or a user with bad intentions is trying to spread fake reviews to mislead users.
Check the address he provided on blockchain explorer and you will find out that transactions started in October 14 instead of October 23 in his message. BitcoinMix never reusing old addresses.
