I paid for their monthly subscription and ordered custom ip. spend hours trying to figure it out following their instructions. All it does at the end you have to use OpenVPN and its stealing your data and internet. I was unable to use my service or even wifi although it kept saying that i was connected to the internet. The moment i turned the vpn service off it was all good. The customer service response is extremely slow (like a day or more wait time) and their english is extremely poor.
I'd stay away.
