Last week I withdrew my BTC into BCH address by mistake. But hitbtc support solved this problem in a few hours. I’m sure that other exchanges would not do so as it was my mistake, not theirs

Hitbtc are frauds, blackmail extorting personal information and blocking funds,they demanded verification from me and blocked my money for a month,I've been playing on their platform for 4 years-one account,there is a bad happening, stay away from them, they have problems with financial liquidity

Terrible experience. i wanted to test it out. deposit 0.1 bch. exchanged to btc. when i wanted to withdraw the btc their fee is 0.0015 btc so half my test money :))))). then they blocked my account from withdrawing altogether... for 0.003 btc... avoid them at all costs

personally never had any problems with Hitbtc, and I think this exchange is pretty good. This is not the only one good exchange. There are many others. Some features may seem a bit complicated for newcomers, though.

This company stole my bitcoins. They changed my 2FA Google Authentication code then asked me to verify my identity, which I did, and then they locked me out of my account. I've had my account for over a year. Bunch of THIEVES!I've read a few articles who also had the same problem. I recommend you run from HITBTC!!!

customer service is absolutely terrible. it take 1-3 days minimum for them to reply. ive been trying to get my 2fa disabled for 2 weeks now. they ask for way more information than should be needed/that is needed from any other exchange. they cant multitask at all, they send 1 step at a time instead of letting you send everything at once than they take forever to reply. overall terrible service i would not recommend this exchance to anyone!

It is not the best exchange, but not scam also. I communicated with their support team 2 or 3 times and it was OKAY, they usually answer all of the questions.
