How nice that after first message about required identification several months ago I simple bought BTC for almost all my XRP. Now they don't allow me to get access to my funds. Image that you are opening your wallet and it says you upload your documents. Real robbery. No, I got this XRP for free and I will not upload anything to your untrustful storages.

Gatehub sold all of data users and in 2018 they steal 2238 of my ripples. right now I'm getting login attempts from everywhere and hackers try to login to my accounts in trading sites. I checked my email in this site: haveibeenpwned and it shows data breaches is from Gatehub.
After I spoke to their support they didn't said anything. just said you did transfered your own money.

Gatehub have been hacked in the past and it seemed that was an inside jobDespite that....gatehub denied to return the funds to it's users
Is that feel safe for you? Cause for me isn't.
And then one day you are logging in to your account just to notice that you ain't got access
to your funds and you must upload your id or driver license for verification...
that is at least frustrating that they don't even give you the choice
to move your coins to another wallet in case
of not trusting their database to upload your personal documents.
So,leaving you without a choice you are uploading your id just to claim access to your funds.
just to give you a final punch in the stomache by tellling you that you can't claim
the airdrop flare tokens if you haven't verify your address at the same time that most of exchanges
they just adding the tokens to your acount without asking anything.
The most frustrating of all is that ripple was suggesting to keep your funds in gatehub
and they didn't do anything to refund the funds after hacking.
Stay away if you want to be the possesor/owner of your own funds or else pray to god
to show mercy to you.

Warning! Don't use GateHub deposit feature. They stole $31 USD from me out of $100 I tried to deposit only for it to be return to my bank as $69 saying Gatehub rejected it but deducted a fee! Tried for weeks to take to them but no response! Terrible customer service @GateHub

Gatehub was hacked and continues to be hacked. On May 30 Gatehub was notified by several users and the xrp community on XRP chat their ledger accounts had been hacked. Gatehub was slow to respond or notify account holders that a database had been breached and api tokens had been used to retrieve encrypted secret keys stored on their platform. The hack escalated until Gatehub was finally forced to address the issue after 24 million were stolen on their platform.

This gate hub is trash !They charge you for everything nickle and dime you then they have it rigged where your stuck , I can't even trade or exchange, literally my coins are hostage , in this Wallet , I just want out of it fast , block chain or coin base better.

I joined gatehub, like most, to buy Ripple. Took over a week to get verified, kept sending requested pics as requested, kept getting them denied. Finally they say, via e-mail, to use your phone to take the pics. The value of Ripple went up 40% over that week - which would have been my profit if they didn't screw around so long approving my freaking pics. Bought my Ripple, then sat for a month until.....I sent several hundred dollars worth of Ethereum from Coindesk, which went through five days ago, still not a drop in my Gatehub Ethereum wallet. I think the folks that are saying Gatehub is a scam are correct. If they hold the Ripple, wait for the price to go back up (as it has both times I've dealt with GateHub) then sell it to me, well they make a much nicer profit (profit that should have been mine).
Bottom line - find another business to buy your Ripple (and anything else) through.

A little stressing at first, but all worth it. I feel very secure with Gatehub, took over a month to get Verified but I applied at the *Big Boom* Dec. 6th. 2017. Had a few Transactions held up (my fault) pay attention to the minimums. But all came thru. I plan on staying with Gatehub as long as they are still in Business, I love their Trading Platform.
Thanks Gatehub, so far so good, and good Luck for the Future, for all of us.
For a new company in a new Market I think your doing quite well. :)

Sent some btc from gatehub to coinbase on 5th january. It is 17th today and the btc is still missing! Also no help from supply!
They Stole My Money - January 16, 2018
DO NOT USE GATEHUB! I transferred a hundred dollars or so in BTC and another hundred or so in ETH to Gatehub so I could buy Ripple. Big mistake. The BTC went through after several hours and a big fee, and the ETH never did. It's over a week later and nothing has shown up in the wallet. It wouldn't let me buy Ripple with the BTC I did have in my wallet, because it said I needed twice as much to make a transaction.
I tried to withdraw my remaining funds but THE FEE TO WITHDRAW WAS MORE THAN MY BALANCE. As far as I can tell, there's no way to contact anyone, my ETH is gone, my BTC is trapped, and I've been ripped off completely.

All reviews have been removed.They are not efficient. I am not 100% certain they are a scam site, but they are most certainly not a good one.
I would avoid. Approx. $85 BTC outward handling charge for any size withdrawal. It took over a week for my BTC to be credited, (in which time I lost $1000s!)
I still have not had my ID confirmed.
Inefficient and expensive.
