I am convinced BTC FLEX is a scam and they are the thieves behind people loosing their bitcoins. If one changes anything on their profile an email is set with a code to confirm and none of that was done when people's money's including mine was stolen

Scam Alert: BTCFLEX is a scam: this is how they operate: 1. You will not be able to access your account
2. They send a message that they suspect someone is hacking your account and will send fictitious computer or device details
3. You click on password forgotten, and they send a new pin, you log in and change your pin
4. The next time you log in same problem as above
5. You ask for a manual pin as they are not sending pin details anymore - supposedly being received by the hacker
6. You log in - all bitcoins have been withdrawn.
THIS IS A SCAM BY BTC FLEX THEMSELVES. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ADDRESS, CONTACT DETAILS FOR SUCH EMERGENCIES OR ANYTHING.
WHEN YOU LODGE IN A COMPLAINT YOU WILL BE TOLD TO BE CAREFULL WITH YOUR PASSWORD.
WHAT NONSENSE, I AM THE SOLE USER OF MY EMAIL, PASSWORD AND LAPTOP
THESE THIEVES THEY WILL ONE DAY REAP WHAT THEY HAVE SOWN.

Scam Alert!: BTCFlex is thieves, unscrupulous cunning thieves, do not invest, they stole all my money and they pretend that one has been hacked, these thieves are the hackers of all the people who are losing money in their wallets.

I am able to log into my BTCflex account again, someone was trying to hack my account. I am now more careful and impressed with their security system. My confidence is growing. Will keep you posted.

I am having problems with this site since two days ago (16 Sept 2015), tried to withdraw and did not allow me instead money went back to their account, I sent a support note, which is supposed to be responded to in 24 hours and it is 36 hours now and no reply. This afternoon I could not log in - something is fishy somewhere. This is a warning to all those who still want to invest here. I smell a rat!

Besides being late on delivery when you withdraw, I kinda trust this site. I deposited 5 Bitcoins and I've made around 12 now. I get to withdraw 3 every week. so I'm actually making 4 times more than I earn at my 9 to 5 job. I was not sure about this site, so I invested 20.00 in BTC.So here is how it works. You have to understand how it works.
So you get payed .015% every Hour
But it you try to get your initial deposit back they will charge you 5% This is basically so you do not pull out. Since they are using the money for trading.
so in 24hrs you are at a lose because of the 5% to release your active balance.
They Have a Compounding function you can enable and This is cool but it will Add to the 5% you pay them. I have not actually figured out if you end up losing more by compounding. But. Without Compounding. Say on One Bitcoin:
24 Hrs = -$3.19
2 Days = $5.01
3 Days = $13.22
4 Days = $21.43
5 Days = $29.63
6 days = $37.84
7 days = $46.04
This is @ BTC $226.93
I created a profitability spread sheet to see how long to how much with
I did do some compounding so I did get paid out a little less then I should have.
so I am feeling it may be better to just do it without compounding.
If you compound and it was not added to the active when releasing it then it would make more money.
But compounding you are taking a 5% Hit on the compounding profits when you are only making 3.6 a day. I did a withdraw and it went through fast.
If it is legit and they do not pickup and disappear then
looks like you can makes some money using it.
I did contact support with a question on the compounding
and they responded in 24 hrs. So not bad service.
So far so good with them.

Waited Hours. Received nothing yet. Will see in the next few hours if something comes through the blockchain. I surely hope so. Withdrew around 3 hours ago.

Invested 1 mil satoshi, 400k payed, after 100% depo back ill say that its not scam. So in 2 weeks it start makin profit :))

I think it is legitimate. I got pay out instantly in a matter of less than 10 mins. I invested my bitcoins there and been withdrawing from time to time. I dont know why others say its a scam.
