My E-Mail was hacked, the hacker recovered my BTCChina account and tried to social engineer the livechat, luckily BTCChina customer support is one of the best, froze the account and helped me recover my account and change my email after sending them my ID and relevant information, thanks to BTCChinas customer support I was able to regain access to my account and my 15 Bitcoins were saved. I don't speak any Chinese either and their English was fluent! I don't see myself using any other exchange. Thank you again BTCChina!!
